Therapuetic Massage
A non-invasive alternative therapy for deep tissue massage originating from China. Which involves placing cups on the skin to create suction in 2 different ways, static and gliding. When applying the static technique the suction cup will stay stationary in any area of the muscles the massage therapist felt tension or knots in. When applying the gliding technique the suction cup will glide along the muscles. Includes Stone Crop Arnica Oil and Muscle Soothing Cream.

Sculpt My Face
Our gua sha stone is gently glided along the face and neck, gently removing any tension. Gua sha is a traditional Chinese healing method in which a smooth-edged crystal tool is used to stroke the skin in long continuous strokes while applying light pressure. “Sha” is caused by the bacteria or virus toxins, which break the capillaries create spots in the skin or mucus which forms condensed areas. Benefits include stimulating blood flow to give the skin an extra glow, firms/lifts/tightens the skin, reduces puffiness/fluid build up and drains the lymphatic system. This is a 30-minute service which includes stretching and massage on the neck. Followed by an in depth massage of the facial muscles. Eminence facial oil is applied to face and neck.

Using our chilled facial globes and marble stones, we glide along the face in long continuous strokes. Reducing puffiness, sinus tension, stress and headache relief, great for TMJ.
